Nutrition :
The sweet tooth of children can be satisfied with this tasty & healthy laddoo instead of non-nutritional junk sweets. Bajra laddoos with cashews fills the tummy and are packed with nutrition. A handy snack to eat, especially in winter

Ingredients :
Bajra flour, Cashews, Sugar/Powdered Jaggery, Milk, Ghee

Instructions :
  1. Heat 4 teaspoons of ghee in a pan
  2. Add 1 katori bajra flour. Roast the flour on low flame for few minutes till you get a fragrant aroma
  3. Make a coarse powder of the 7-8 cashews and dry roast it for 2-3 minutes
  4. Transfer the roasted bajra flour and cashews to a bowl and let them cool completely
  5. Add 4-5 teaspoons of powdered sugar/jaggery and 4-5 teaspoons of milk to slightly wet the mixture
  6. Add a few drops of ghee on your palms and gently spread all over. This prevents the laddoos from sticking to your hands
  7. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll into laddoos Repeat till all the mixture is used up
Makes 7-8 laddoos and you can also store these for up to 3 days
