Paneer Tacos

Nutrition :
Filled with paneer & seasonal veggies these tacos are high in protein, calcium, fibre & B vitamins

Ingredients :
Wheat atta, paneer, veggies, cream, spices

Instructions :
  1. Preheat oven to 120-degree celsius
  2. Take leftover rotis (or else make new rotis) folded in a taco shape (cone shaped) and bake for 5 minutes (try to use thinner rotis)
  3. In a bowl, mix 1 katori paneer cubes/grated, 1 katori cabbage julienne/or any other veggies grated, 3-4 teaspoon cream, 1/2 katori chopped onions and tomatoes, sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano as per taste.
  4. Take out the rotis & let it cool
  5. Fill in the roti shells with the mix & serve
