Nutrition :
Gluten-free, highly nutritious and high energy, fasting food for this Navarati. Make sure you don't binge on fried items, though

Ingredients :
Kuttu atta, Singhada atta, Boiled potato, Desi ghee, Salt, Black pepper, Oil for frying

Instructions :
  1. In a bowl take 1/2 katori kuttu atta, 1/2 katori singhada atta, 2 grated boiled potatoes, 2 tsp desi ghee, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and knead the dough
  2. Keep it aside for 5 mins then make small balls of this dough
  3. With the rolling pin make round poori of these balls.
  4. Gently slide one poori into the hot oil and deep fry till it puffs up. Fry from both sides
  5. Serve it hot with curd
